You now have more control over AI-powered replies with a new Create Draft action for Auto Replies.
Instead of posting replies directly to the App Store or Google Play, Auto Replies can now generate a draft for you to review and edit before it’s published. This gives your team the speed of automation while keeping a human in the loop for sensitive conversations or when you want final approval.
This is ideal if you:
• Want to review AI-generated replies before they’re published.
• Need an approval process for customer communications.
• Prefer automation to prepare responses, while your team decides when to send them.
To enable this, edit an Auto Reply rule and choose Create Draft instead of Reply Automatically.
This update is available for both Apple App Store and Google Play Auto Replies.
