Since October 2024 Amazon have prevented services from fetching reviews from their platform. We have been in contact with Amazon throughout this period and thus far, they have been unable to provide us with any ETA on a solution. As a result we have made the decision to indefinitely suspend this feature of Appbot, at least for the foreseeable future. If a robust solution becomes available we will certainly look at reintroducing it, but for now Appbot will focus solely on mobile app reviews.
