Why can't I buy the upgrades?

Sometimes you might find that the in-app purchases don't appear to work when trying to upgrade. Please try these two things: 1. Double-check that you haven't disabled in-app purchases in the Settings app. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and then ensure In-App Purchases are enabled. Or; 2. Please try closing Collect, powering off your device and restarting. Try the purchasing of the upgrades again and you should find that it now works. --- Still stuck?
